Studies across many diciplines, including education, health/wellness, mortality/longevity, and basic neuroscience of learning and memory all indicate BODIES NEED TO MOVE! YogEASE is a creation from our home music studio, tested humbly so far in our family living room and at kindergarten and music classes at our local primary school. We are excited to share it with you!
BEING: Self-calming, breathing, & meditation

Movement is critical for whole body health, including brain health and learning! Kids dance and move:
- silly dance tunes (CARS RUN ON DINOSAURS)
- rhythmic games (FAST-SLOW)
- directive songs (SNAP-IT BABY; DOO DOO SONG)
- sing-alongs (MY HOUSE IS MADE OF PIZZA)
